Refund Policy
At Ovation English, we are committed to providing life-changing educational experiences through the performing arts. We also understand that plans sometimes change. This refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both our students and our team.
Refund Eligibility
The following are several situations where a student is in the right to request for a refund.
A. Inappropriate behavior from one of the teachers towards the student, as follows:
- Any behavior that represents disrespect like bad language
- Physical or emotional harassment
- Disrespect for other beliefs or cultures
- Using the wrong method or bending the techniques for the teacher’s personal gain
- Excessive teacher talking time
- Making the class explicit in any way that makes the student uncomfortable
- Others
This behavior will be reviewed by the Ovation Team, using the recorded sessions as evidence and develop, validate and approve the complaint if needed.
B. Single Workshops / One-Time Classes
- 100% refund if the teacher didn’t show up to the session without a previous 24-hour notification, or canceled 10 minutes before the class begins.
- No refund if the class is canceled by the student on less than 24 hours before class or if the student does not attend (no-show).
C. Month-to-Month Plans
- Payments for month-to-month plans are non-refundable once the month begins.
- This policy helps us cover teacher preparation time and logistical costs.
- If the student does not show up to the sessions, does not notify the teacher or notifies the same day in less that 24 hours before the class begins, the student loses the class with no option to reschedule.
- The student may reschedule the class if the absence is notified with 24-hours in advance.
D. Full-Year Enrollment
- If you cancel your annual plan before the year is complete, you are eligible for a refund on unused months, minus one month which will be deducted to cover for the teacher’s full program preparation and time reserved for the student, labor and administrative costs.
E. Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events happen. If you’re dealing with a family emergency, illness, or personal hardship, please reach out. We will always do our best to work with you.
F. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Include your:
- Full name
- Class or program name
- Purchase date
- Reason for the request
- Our team will review the case and within 48 hours, the student will receive an answer.
